If you can get something like NetMeeting to take your TV card as your video/audio device, you could stream it to a few people.

And if those people went and downloaded HiDownload they could record the stream and mirror the episode onto various FTP's.

Or better yet: They could install GuildFTP and let people grab the ep from their hard-drive (assuming they have a broadband connection).
