I found it off Home of the Underdogs now I have the full version. I've been looking for this game for the longest time now I've found it! :D

So whats the game like? Looks like an XCom type deal to me. I've been looking for a agme to play recently, and this just might fit the bill.

Its a good game.

The game was made by Terratools and published by Microsoft. So it wasn't free. Until now. :D

If this is a Hostile Waters style game (i.e strategy mixed with leaping into the vehical and controlling it yourself) them I MUST have it. :)

How come no one mentioned this game earlier when we've discussed this genre? As far as I knew Hostile Waters, Carrier Command and the two Battlezone games were it.

Urban assault came out roughly the same time as Battlezone and was criminally overlooked much like Battlezone was too. It's more intense, a lot faster paced and a helluva lot of fun.
What frequency are you getting? Is it noise or sweet sweet music? - Refused - Liberation Frequency.

I see it all the time in the Uk as it was re-released earlier this year. You could probably get it online from the UK although I don't know how much they'd charge for postage.

I've had Urban Assault way back since it was released in '98, and it's still one of my favorite games, shame it was so underrated when it was released :(

I needs some help it seems when I dl'ed the whole game from the site it didn't include the movie files nor the speech files is someone could give me these I'd greatly appreciate it.

Hey maybe we could get a little game up in the future? :D

Ask at the HOTU forums. The fact that UD has it suggests that at least one member has the full CD.

That, or Torrent, I suppose, though I can't help ya there.
