What Mr Smart wants to do in my eyes, is attach a well known franchise to one of his piece of **** games, thereby selling more, because it's quite evident from the numerous amounts of posts he's made on the subject that he is only in this for the cash, there is no real love for either the subject matter or his job in general.

Stick to your conceptually fine but poorly executed games Derek, and don't try to rape a franchise just for money, if you genuinely believed that you could make a sequel worthy of the FS name, we would know, we would feel that from what you say, as it stands I don't think many people are convinced of your technical ability or your ability to kill the "feature creep" that plagues all your games.

It's kinda interesting, though, Smart did us a favor- all those boards out there this little flamewar's been carried to? None of those people apparently knew about the SCP. Possible some will join up in the near future. The man's so universally loathed a lot of people seem interested in Hard Light no matter what now, just 'cause we're opposed to him. An ad campaign the likes of which the community here couldn't have generated had it ever tried...
