How do you get those letters that appear to be glowing in yalls sigs?

EDIT:

it seems [glow ] tags aren't working. The "I don't know" is supposed to be glowing.

Glow only works on IE, AFAIK. Definately doesn't work on Firefox.

Don't make your sig possible to drow any attention to it whatsoever, or J3Vr6 might take a disliking to it and cinvince an admin to force you to change it.
