My plan was to get a quick breakfast after work, then find the polling site and fight a long line... I got home from work, got food ate, then passed out!!! I found the place around 1pm. It was just a fewf elderly people.  I guess I live in a good spot cause it's more saburban than downtown Lancaster (all the crowded conditions there would SUCK for lines...)

Did you hear about teh guy here in PA? he went to 2 polling sites and threw powder on the floor shutting them down for health concerns. bastard got away so far, turns out it was salt... Imagine all these people trying to vote and can't for HOURS...

Already voted last week via absentee ballot.

There's no way in hell I was going to try and get across Atlanta if I had any alternative whatsoever... no way I could do it without cutting class, either.

Unfortunately, I'm about 6 months too young. Of course, I live in New York, so it's not like it really matters anyway.

Turns out my residency was screwed up, and I can't vote... :(

I would have voted Nader anyway... but still. This would have been my first presidential election. :(

no doubt it wont take long for someone to post how obviously corrupt the system is (everyone waits for the enevitable post by Riktor-even though most of us agree).

Well, I voted for John Kerry. Made damn sure of that. :)

Let the Politics Begin: Exit polling
Exit polling is a farce.  It's a tool by the party that is winning wins faster because when they call the election based on Exit Polls it gives a false sense of confidence or failure depending on your side.

Off topic, I'm praying Ammendment #2 for Alabama's constitution doesn't pass.  It has a lot of political speak about how it's going to repeal other sections of the constitution that have racist content to confuse the masses to vote for and give State Judges the ability to pass taxes by judicial fiat instead of having to pass through the congress or voters.
So as through a glass, and darkly

Many names, but always me.
