to be honest I thought kerry would WALK on bush, with all the anti bush stuff cnn kept showing me(i live in canada) this is a major suprise to me

The Social Issues motivated the christian right and social conservatives. I KNOW, someone is going to say they are evil bigots... insert normal rant from liberals. But whatever. This is why the election has gone this way.

cuyahoga, thumbull, mahoning, lucas and athens as well as the provincial ballets could change the election. WE DON'T KNOW.

It might not be this easy, bush is only ahead by a 160,000 votes so it could still go kerry when you count the prov ballots

well pundits are saying that a VAST majority would have to be kerry ballots. we are talking about 185,000(74%) votes. someone please check my logic and math.

ok Michigan and Minnisota are solid Kerry states, Wisconsin is weakly in Kerry's favor.
Iowa and Ohio are weakly in Bush's favor, but mostly counted so are most likely not going to change (but could)
Nevada looks like it could go either way

it all comes down to Ohio, and it all comes down to the provisional ballots.
this isn't going to be over for another week and a half

and interesting yet ultimately irrelevent sidenote: Bush wins the popular vote by a 3% margin.
