ya know ive been thinking of modding that game, but... you would need a big group, and I dont feel like going through all the work to model, rig, animation, and all that crap without a solid group lol

What equip is it going to have.. Is that a minigun + power sword?

I was thinking about making smaller mods for DoW, mainliy in the department of animations for current units. Gore things up a little more.
