Definitely X-Box for its ease of modability. :)
Gargoyles, Season 1.  Buy it, or DIE! :)

X-BOX because of its superior specs, networking and yes...modability. If you put one of those 250 gig hard drives in it that thing can hold quite a few games. I dont dislike PS2, I just enjoy X-BOX more.

Like with most things in life, it comes down to a matter of opinion.

Honestly. If you can't post something intelligent at least once in a while, don't post at all.

PS2 gets my vote because you can play online for free.

But you get really horrible lag, whereas the occurance of lag on XBL is virtually nonexistent and you get content downloads.

Which may be charged extra for.

If you want online play, anyways, the Pc is still king.

Most content downloads are free. Some stuff like the new maps pack (like 6 maps) costs 5 bucks and is charged to credit.

In my case, I like the game lineup on X-Box better than on PS2.  Both PS2 and X-Box were too expensive when they came out...but now they are both cheap and come with lots of extras.

So thats a bonus!

I never get lag on PS2.

And you probably use a broadband connection. XBL requires a broadband connection so that if someone kills you, you can't blame it on lag. THere is none.

This discussion is pretty much a moot point anyway since Xbox Next is expected to be (officialy) announced in January and released later that year, and it will be followed soon after by Nintendo and Sony's next consoles.

I voted XBox. The quality is better. (I have both. The PS2 died on me. No console has ever died on me before. And it sure as hell wasn't from overuse. :doubt: )
