Looks shivan by the looks of it. I dont know though, its not very clear. I can kinda make out what looks like a gun barrel towards the top. Thats all I can make of it.

It looks like that Shivan Planet Destroyer from Inferno.

And aldo, I'm pretty sure that the photoshop forensics could mostly reconstruct any such image you post.
