Rather than cut up my post with spoiler tags, be warned that there ARE spoilers up to the episodes aired this Friday.

Stargate: (Reckoning)
Mucho liking the new episode. That old rule of thumb seems to apply here: any ep with Jacob in it is a good ep. People seemed to get information a little quickly, but that was necessary because of the pacing of the episode. VERY engaging, and I can't wait to see part 2.

Stargate Atlantis: (The Brotherhood)
Didn't like this episode so much. The CG, as usual, was awesome, and the initial backstory was pretty cool (as was the reappearance of one of my favorite villains ) but too many things seemed off for it to be enjoyable after the final plot twist. Considering the time they'd been looking for the ZPM, it just seemed a little too convenient for Rodney to show up and figure it all out. I'd've thought theyd have at least figured out where the stones where.)

Battlestar Galactica: (Flesh and Bone)
Another good ep. I liked how Baltar wasn't the only one receiving Cylon visions, and how the latest Cylon copy new too much. In addition, I like the formation of infighting among the Cylons, although that's mostly because I guessed there'd be some sort of conflict between the human infiltrators and the other Cylons. I also liked when Baltar discovered that his Cylon detector was working - and that he didn't really plan on it actually being red.
Besides that, the continuity (Still working on the Cylon raider, Starbuck's injuries) was very nice to see.

yeah, they should have ended the season with 'threads', left mobius for the opening on the next... wait they needed it for atlantis.. they should have put it before 'the reconing'. now does everyone know the pure uber that is the reconing?

i kinda liked the sg1 episode, after so many "stalling for better content" episodes, it was good that they finally continue with the main story.

if atlantis wasnt funny as hell, i wouldn give a rats ass about it the characters always crack me up.

im supprised they havent hosed the goo out of the cylon raider yet, that thing must smel pretty rancid by now. they should at least install an air freshener.

Isn't all that goo necessary for the thing's normal operation?

Also, why the hell would a race of mechanical beings need veins, arteries, and ligaments?

i still dont understand what they are trying to do with that raider. discover its weaknesses, use it for an into-the-lion's-den-esque thing, or just replenish there diminishing supply of fighters. none the less, noone wants a ship thats full of goo.

The latter especially explains their fascination with God since they are advanced enough to realize that they aren't gods.

Well the raider is FTL capable and the Viper isn't, that alone is enough to use it to figure out how they did it.

I find it quite interesting that the human civillisation seem to have a Ancient Greek / Roman type religious system, and the Cylons have something a bit more akin to modern Christianity (or maybe Judaism).

There is a reason for keeping the Raider; just keep watching the series

Well, we all know that was the real reason, and that was sufficient for most fans, myself included.  But there were a few die-hards who would spend hours hypothesizing about different "canon" causes for the disfiguration, so I guess that was for them.  Pretty cool episode, no matter how you look at it.
