you used the old pof2cob .. the model is mirrored on it's [truespace] XZ plane [in other words reverse all the y coordinates]

Setekh was the one who converted the file, I'm not sure what he used - but yes I'm aware that it mirrors it. Try and imagine it the other way around and thats what the ship will look like

Well I made the Galatea last November for FS1. I could do it better now, but most of my fleet fits with this now so I won't change it. The only thing I changed was the name, it's now SOC Galatea instead of GTI Galatea II.

I know how, have you seen BWO, we have several ships (including the Orion) that are rebuilt, I can send you a basic orion redy for convertion, but you would need to rebuild the turret... data

Thanks Bobboau, although Styxx is going to add some turrets for me, I don't know when he will - but I'd be very greatful if you could send e the mode anyway, that way I could get to work on making the new main weapon and balancing it all out.

Oh, and to everyone else: god knows I'd love to have a personal capitalship - but I can't model (not totally true, I can make a box). And besides - I love the Orions design!
