pick that up Right Here.save it in your ICQplus\skins directory. remember, Do NOT extract it or it won't work.

Great skin, it looks a little crappy on my machine because I can't figure out how to change the text colour on the "Add/Invite Users", "My ICQ", "Additional Services", the three buttons at the top and the Status button, but its probably something really simple that I'm overlooking...
