I assume you want it in 3ds form, yes? Heres one I wipped up real quickly. It's the standard FS2 Orion. It'll be looking for the maps in jpg form, FYI.

Nope.

Pof->Cob, then cob to 3dmax. You'll just have to make sure it finds the correct textures.
