I occasionally find that IE locks up when viewing the forums, I don't know why this happens to be honest but I'll see if I can look into it because it is a little annoying.

yeah, coz it happens to me too  
and when I hit the (contrary of forward in english) button, it sometimes screws up, and doesn't want to load the whole page again (IE5, only with the hlp forum   )

i'm running windows 98 and the latest Internet Explorer and it locks up almost every other time i come here.

I'm running ME, I get lockups not just in this, but in other places as well...

Are your lockups usually related to scrollbars? Mine are, usually it locks up as I scroll something.
