Hah, here in Finland (few months ago) a car salesman wrote "Asiakas on kusipää" (free translation = The customer is a dick head) into an account book right next to the customers name in it.

Then one day the customer in question saw the account book accidentaly when visiting the place, the book was wide open on the desk.

It was on the papers aswell and it did bring quite a laughs at that time.

Apparently the customer really was a dick head.

I've heard nothing about that. You're required to be jealos and malign, however - which means one could do stuff like that here. if the postal service was actually working. yeah...

I thought that you went around, being jealous and hating other people, but when you talk it's all polite and happy (on the outside, on the inside, you wish that the one you're talking to would eat cyanide or something). :p

And atleast where I live, the postal service works pretty well (except for the few times that they manage to deliver wrong mail on one side of the entire street, so everyone gets their neighbour's mail).
