Star Wars: Revelations
I just downloaded this fan-made Star Wars movie:

Website

The full movie can now be downloaded (47mins long). Now I keep away from these things most of the time, but since it tells the story of the time between episode 3 and 4, I thought I'd give it a try.

To my suprize it is very good. I recommend that you watch it at least once, as the story is interested plus you see Vader and stuff so it cant all be that bad. :)

I'm going to choose to stay away from it. Canon is bull****, this must be too.

[color=66ff00]That was surprisingly good.

Some of the acting was a bit iffy, the female characters especially but it had the right vibe to it and the computer graphics were not silly a la the prequels. The emperor's hand in particular was a bad choice, not to be cruel but she's not very photogenic.
Other than this it was quite clever, had a sense of humour (used appropriately too) and had likeable characters. I think Declan has a lot of potential, somewhat similar to Han but not so much that you think he's a clone. As for the jedi, they're real people gasp! It makes you identify with them a bit more.

I'd say it's worthy of the download. :nod:

I downloaded this a while back. It made me long for George Lucas' writing and Hayden Christiansen's acting.

I think they shoulda stuck to just CG and canned actual visual actors, but it was definitely better than most low-budget films I've seen.

Good lightsaber fight. The OT duels should have been such.

You may have actually missed my point and KT's.

I don't get all the furore.  How can a film that ends with Hayden Christiansen being horribly burned and having several limbs off be bad?

*whisper*

What?  Makeup?

The acting was downright amateur... it screamed it actually... at one point, i thought i was watching a soap opera from the angle of the camera, the expressions, and dialouge. Graphics were pretty good... however, the actors' hair didnt look very Star Warsy... and the mens facial hair didnt seem to match Star Wars either. The male Jedi kinda looked a little like Kane with hair on his head.
