Gortef: I agree, although I've been a little disappointed with the filler episodes myself. I vaguely know what's to come so I'm holding out for that, but it does seem like they're wasting some great oppertunities by throwing some quite poor story arcs out. The recent Mizuki fight really didn't do anything for me, and while Kimimaro had great attributes (his body being so incredibly deformable and so on) - the "it makes your body look like an animals" thing seems rather uninspired.

I'd also wish they'd make the whole series a lot darker. There's potential for real emotion and so on in there - but it seems wasted on the fact that the stars of the show are children - so it should have a childrens theme.

Of course, I might just be being picky. Whatever ;)

ZB: Yes.

You guys are right. Sig images are like digital dicks. Which is why we do not allow thim here. Therefore, if you want to talk about such things, go talk about them somewhere where they're allowed, not here. Thank you, and enjoy your flight. :D

"...The quintessential quality of our age is that of dreams coming true. Just think of it. For centuries we have dreamt of flying; recently we made that come true: we have always hankered for speed; now we have speeds greater than we can stand: we wanted to speak to far parts of the Earth; we can: we wanted to explore the sea bottom; we have: and so  on, and so on: and, too, we wanted the power to smash our enemies utterly; we have it. If we had truly wanted peace, we should have had that as well. But true peace has never been one of the genuine dreams - we have got little further than preaching against war in order to appease our consciences. The truly wishful dreams, the many-minded dreams are now irresistible - they become facts." - 'The Outward Urge' by John Wyndham

"The very essence of tolerance rests on the fact that we have to be intolerant of intolerance. Stretching right back to Kant, through the Frankfurt School and up to today, liberalism means that we can do anything we like as long as we don't hurt others. This means that if we are tolerant of others' intolerance - especially when that intolerance is a call for genocide - then all we are doing is allowing that intolerance to flourish, and allowing the violence that will spring from that intolerance to continue unabated." - Bren Carlill

I think that remark is deserving of digital castration, myself......you could almost have got away with it, but brining up mhz numbers just proved the point about signatur dick-wavery.

Oh, and my background is plain grey colour, incidentally.

The old icons, the old layout.

Win2k?

I think I'll revert to that from XP just simply because I love the old school.

Kal: Indeed the Mizuki arc had good potential since no one really knew where Mizuki wen't after the very first episode of the series. So it was nice to see something brought back from the very beginning... and then they wasted the potential with a korny furrypotion :p

You're not picky... the filler storyarcs really have been only medicore or lower, I'm just easily entertained :D
Habeeb it...
