It looks like apartments in space. Civilian apartments. The central section could be where the elevators are.

you have to pick the name, ultimately. Janus or something equally mythological is the standard way to do it... Me, I'd make it a sort of advanced Sol Arcadia and call it some wierd word I just made up, but that's because I'm trying to do Sol stuff. Like I said, you know the station better than any of us, you are the one who really needs to name it.

If you want a really good name, just call it Stryke

Anyway, find a mythological or ancient city. Like Midgard, or Syracuse (I think that was used for a corvette somewhere).
