You must see this episode! Original theme music reimagined! And a whopper of a suprise in the end!

They all rule.

I'm surprised that it's actually better this season.

Hail the ONE show that hasn't gone to hell yet. It's too good to be true as it is now. I'm way too much overfed with crap as far as TV stuff goes. What a nice breather this show is for me.

KOOL!!! I was wondering if they would ever use the original theme again. EXCELLENT!!!

Spoiler:
So Cylons have their own movie theaters. Interesting. Xena, the warrior ***** is a cylon. Big surprise there ::sarcasm:: . Is it me, or does she look cuter as a blonde? I've always been a sucker for blondes. :)

Next week's preview sounds lame. Has Jeff Goldblum been onboard Galactica with his Mac?  But then again, I thought tonight's episode was gonna be lame too according to its preview. I'm glad to be proven wrong.

There was a similiar episode of Babylon 5, where reporters were there to do the same thing, but in the end, they made a cleverly made negative propaganda piece. It was priceless!!!
Spoiler:
I expected the same in tonight's BSG episode. I was pleasantly surprised to find the opposite. But Moore once again found a way to make it a bitter sweet ending.

How many of you think that this event will change Col. Tye's drinking habits? Or maybe his warped relationship with his wife.

[color=66ff00]To the first point, too true.
To the second point, I wouldn't care, I'd have perforated her on principle.

Maeglamor you are a cylon.
And you.
And you and you and you.

I certainly hope BSG doesn't fall into an age-old "something inexplainable happens! who did it? why? Why did Adama throw puppies in a grinder? Well let's reveal he's a Cylon, no further explanation needed!"

Also I would have sex with

How did they transmit footage to the raiders that hadn't been shot yet?

And how did the raiders even know where the fleet was? Can we assume that the Cylons actually know where the fleet is at all times?

Ehhh with so many Cylon spies, they most likely have the location of the fleet at all times.

It just seems to me that the Cylons are using the humans to find Earth, and then they can step in and rape everything.

Or... something to that effect. Definatly using the humans to find Earth anyway. For which purpose they need the Earth, well. I guess we'll see.

At some point in one of the episodes, one of the Human-looking Cylons (may have been that guy that got spaced by the president) said something about there being X amount of Cylon spies in the fleet. Was it 7 or something? Anyway, until they route out all the Cylon spies, there's no reason to assume that the Cylons DON'T have the exact location of the fleet at all times.

"...The quintessential quality of our age is that of dreams coming true. Just think of it. For centuries we have dreamt of flying; recently we made that come true: we have always hankered for speed; now we have speeds greater than we can stand: we wanted to speak to far parts of the Earth; we can: we wanted to explore the sea bottom; we have: and so  on, and so on: and, too, we wanted the power to smash our enemies utterly; we have it. If we had truly wanted peace, we should have had that as well. But true peace has never been one of the genuine dreams - we have got little further than preaching against war in order to appease our consciences. The truly wishful dreams, the many-minded dreams are now irresistible - they become facts." - 'The Outward Urge' by John Wyndham

"The very essence of tolerance rests on the fact that we have to be intolerant of intolerance. Stretching right back to Kant, through the Frankfurt School and up to today, liberalism means that we can do anything we like as long as we don't hurt others. This means that if we are tolerant of others' intolerance - especially when that intolerance is a call for genocide - then all we are doing is allowing that intolerance to flourish, and allowing the violence that will spring from that intolerance to continue unabated." - Bren Carlill

I'm pretty sure he said three Cylons. I remember it being a relatively low number.

The 7-8 range has come up in more than one episode though.  It's somewhere in that range.

That said, I haven't seen any BSG since I got back to school (crappy cable provider...).  Must... find... episodes...
