Just wondering what the progress is on this mod? Since the series picked up, I've been dying to play with the Vipers :) By the way...are you going to have Neutonian physics?

And me!

Looks like they're doing well. If they keep this kind of work up, I'm sure we'll have another great TC on our hands. :)
Spoon - I stand in awe by your flawless fredding. Truely, never before have I witnessed such magnificant display of beamz.
Axem -  I don't know what I'll do with my life now. Maybe I'll become a Nun, or take up Macrame. But where ever I go... I will remember you!
Axem - Sorry to post again when I said I was leaving for good, but something was nagging me. I don't want to say it in a way that shames the campaign but I think we can all agree it is actually.. incomplete. It is missing... Voice Acting.
Quanto - I for one would love to lend my beautiful singing voice into this wholesome project.
Nuclear1 - I want a duet.
AndrewofDoom - Make it a trio!

We are still alive and kicking. Yes the show has picked up the pace, and I intend our project to to pick up as well. We are currently concentrating on fleet ships and the Vipers and Raiders are pretty much finished.

We still need help in the art department. We already got a number of volunteers to help with backgrounds and weapon effects. Texture artists are always imn demand and 3d modellers are always welcomed help.

I would love to see a LIMITED newtonian physics, but that is up to the SCP geniouses. I've already enabled strafing so Vipers can circle a Raider while pointing and firing at it. Its not newtonian but its a BSG maneuver.

CANT WAIT to start modelling the Battlestar Pegasus. From the looks of it from the trailer, it looks like an homage to the old 78 Galactica with modernized hul plating.

WOOOT thanks for the heads up ACE and Northtwilight.

For once we agree. I think Pegasus looks like a retarded pig with really bad case of scoliosis. Galactica is sleek and looks deadly in "I might be old, but I can still assrape you if you look at me the wrong way, son."
Pegasus looks deadly in "hahahaha i will give you mental aids" way.
lol wtf

Now that is truly penile...

Anyway, Omni, I know some old tricks that give the illusion of Newtonian physics. They're simple table physics, you probably already know them (IIRC they have to do with the velocity/mass/etc stuff), but if you want I'll send you a demo of it? :)

I am sure that the pegasus will be extremly powerful.

Unknown Target, sounds interesting, send me a copy.

The Pegasus is supposed to be a modern state of the art Battlestar as opposed to the aging and decomissioned Galactica. I'm hoping that the screencap is a warped mage of the Pegasus. The drawing rendition is not an official source, but a fan made drawing based on the screen cap.

She looks like a cross between the old Galactica ('78), the current BSG, and a Rebel blockade runner.

Seems likely, SciFi tends split the screen vertically when the credits roll, to show some preview. Might be a cap from there...I hope
