Okay, first of all, using MS Word's grammar checker is a bad, bad, BAD idea.  Grab yourself a copy of Hodge's Harbrace Handbook and learn the language yourself, instead of using Word as a crutch.  You'll find that Microsoft has a thing or fifty to learn about writing.  I don't care if they've gotten better since the last time I used the grammar checker, since there wasn't much of a way for them to have gotten worse.

Speak for yourself.  About the only differences in style between my posts and my mission text is that mission text is writen in character, and on rare occasion, I'll toss a smiley into a post.  If I couldn't pass something written off as at least a rough draft to an English professor, I don't consider it readable.  I hold others to a similar standard, as I'll skip over even potentially interesting threads, when the poster is incapable of demonstrating the slightest understanding of the language.
