Sorry to hear about you getting kicked out, but the price seems about right.  Most places thats about a month's expenses.

well i wouldnt pay nearly that much considering that the PC you have listed there can be built new for about 1k-1.2k, but thats just me.

yeah, that price is far too high; around $1000 will net you a brand new system like that depending on what monitor it is, so you want to go lower for a used one. Check on ebay to get an idea of what the current value of your stuff is.

no, ebay if ridiculously low on things like this.

Sell it for the retail value of the components.  That VC alone still sells for over $400.

Which is about what you will get at ebay. The 6800U is out of production though, so its retail prices are very inflated these days.

Here are the approximate figures on your machine

CPU: 130
Mobo: 80
Card: 320
RAM: 160
Hdd: 45
CD Drives: 45
Case: 75
Moniter: ~120

Total
975

it's hard to find a GOOD (<-- keyword) 6800Ultra for $320 though.

nonetheless, i think 1.8k is a bit too high :-/

Well, i'll have to try for 1.2k at the least, hopefuly someone out there will want it.

If anyone is intrested in that kind of stuff, i'll likely be selling my Warhammer 40k things and if you want i can notify whoevers intrested on what/when i list the stuff on ebay (my computers going in the paper)
