There are the Shivan freighters - SFr Mephisto, SFrAsmodeus. They were in a couple of missions in the main Freespace2 campaign...

Well, as far as the obvious goes, those are Shivan freighters. They played a bigger role in FS1.

However, the skins are different, and probably result from a mod you downloaded containing them. I've seen the mod before a while back, but don't remember the name of it...

Anyways, that doesn't help much, but I tried...

no those skins are correct, they are the 2 odd ball shivan ships.

No they're not...  

As already said, those are the Mephisto and Asmodeus. But if we're talking about ships never before seen in game, why not go on about the Ganymede and Bes...

  I think the Mephisto's reskin makes it look kind of like a warship... just needs a resize.

I can't remember which mission I've seen this ship in. Must be in ST, but I dunno what mission it was (or if it was in any at all).

  I think thats the cargo holder that is used when the freighters were taking all the boxes out of the system... after the station was almost destroyed

Just yet another cargo hauler. Proly from FS1,..remember... of the original ships are in the vps still,..V just made room for the new ones and didn't make fresh VPs just for FS2

Pez: Thats a Vasudan freighter from FS1.  It was rarely used, mostly because it was totally unarmed if I remember correctly.

I do remember blasting one or two with my unshielded Apollo and worrying more about the blast rather than the ships defenses
