Man, I've been away too much recently. Having just gotten engaged and with the holiday season upon us, I've just been going to family stuff day after day. Good to be back though - you guys did a good job staying civil over at AV. I'm glad that's pretty much passed us by.

Michelle and I have finally worked out stuff with our parents and so we've set the date for our wedding next year. 25/11 (or 11/25 for the U.S. folks) it is. You're all welcome to come along to the wedding. My house has... ummm... some extra space. If anyone's seriously thinking of visiting, just let me know.

That's a shame BW, here in NSW the exams tend to finish three or four weeks before the date I set (quite deliberately - I have to finish my own exams before getting married!). I hear Melbourne finishes even earlier. Sorry about that. There was quite a bit of debate about what date to set in the end, actually - my future in-laws wanted to go for a two-year long engagement rather than a one-year engagement. Boy am I glad it's going to be the latter.

Anyway, I better start cleaning up the house and working out how many people I can fit in here.
