If its merging with the company that provides motherboards to IBM, I'd almost bet that their quality increases.

Abit?  Abit's not bad, latest bunch of boards before the company started to flag werent the greatest, I recall thier 266mhz fsb boards weren't too bad.  About the same as MSI at the time.  Asus still rocked thier asses though.
