The BACC currently lists "bloody" as its 27th ranked most offensive word, behind "crap" and just ahead of "God".

Other words on the BACC's current banned list include bastard (6th), bollocks (8th), bugger (21st), sodding (24th) and Jesus Christ (25th).

As for that list.. thats completely insane, there really isn't any point in rating words on a scale of whats most offensive anyway. Words are just that, words. They'll have different meanings to different people. But as a side note, british curse words are really the best there is

Except possibly Jew, I have never, in my entire life heard someone say 'Oh Jew!' or 'You know what you are, you're a complete Jew!'. You have to take it in the possible context, though; some people (i.e. nutcases) find 'oh my God' or soforth to be blasphemous and thus offensive.
