WEll i cant put it any other way. Every time i tri entering the HLP site it gives me a 403 error saing that i am forbiden from entering that site! What can i do is there a problem on mi end or something wrong with the site?

I dodnt know where else to post this topic ! So if i posted it wrong dont be too harsh.
Also excuse the spelling but i'm from a non english speaking country!

does this mean mi old username is stii active around there? if so can someone delete this one after i verifi it? Oki wait i tried entering the forums from the main page and it gives me an error saing that i mai not be alowed to enter that page. Geez it makes me angri.
