It's about a car.  Which is advertised (i.e. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6lwQLydAOvY) on the basis that rear-end looks like an arse.  And the advert has a popular music tune with those words.

I laughed out loud.

As for the Microsoft siding with Ninty, I'll give them a big thumbs up, they obviously understand that both companies are going for different markets and are taking advantage of it. Sony have down right appauled me this year, Microsoft have intrigued me and Ninty have had me whooing and clapping in front of my PC.

Personally, I think all 3 will kick ass.  But for now, I'll stick with my PS2 and God of War 2 :).

Me too, I prefer to try enjoy that we have choices, and don't fight so much...

--------------------------------------------

I bet that a lot of people know what happen with Rare (Rareware) and it's Conker franchise...

Quote
Rare used to be half-owned by Nintendo, and was an exclusive second-party. However, Nintendo felt Rare's influence was lagging, so it put the company up for bids and sold off all of its shares to Microsoft in 2002

Nintendo already seem to have worked with Sony and Microsoft...I wonder if the fact that the PS3 will come with Linux pre-installed pissed Microsoft...

Back some years ago, after the GameCube was released, there were some rumors that Microsoft was trying to buy Nintendo, those were scary news, probabily it would have caused the same damage to Nintendo as if they would have collided with a black hole...

There have been rumours that Cisco wanted to buy Nintendo too, I doubt they ever meant something.  Nintendo are probably stronger financially than either MS' or Sonys' games divisions, though.

The day Nintendo sells out/gets bought out is the day that err.. well I don't think it'll happen anytime soon.

...is the day that Mario gets tattoos and a pair of Uzis, and goes out to pimp 'his Princess' Peach.

So Nintendo won the next generation console "war" before it even started... wow!

Microsoft and Sony are beginning to look like leeches.
