Okay, I finally saw this today.
Besides the fact the quality could have been higher (i know, i'm spoiled by some of the really high budget animation out there) the plot and the characters in this were pretty cool, and it was nice to revist. I really hope that it gets enough positive attention that they can launch a series off from it - because that's really what they need.
It's definately entertaining and if you're a fan of space battles or robotech, a must see.

Janice is cool as hell....
What I would say is, when they do the series, they can correct some of the most obvious mistakes.
