There aren't only sentence changes to do. There's some balancing,and Command messages are too delayed.

That happens as I give the rtb message enough time to count the waves of fighters. You don't want an area is secure message and then more fighters show up a second later. If you've already killed them then there's a slight delay.

This happens also when there's a ship to escort and it departs.No destr. of waves this time.

You should think about the mission objectives,not the directives. They activate themselves after a few seconds.

It doesn't make any sense for Command to know the area is completely secure, given that they can't always predict when or where enemy ships are going to arrive.

Only in INF:A Command is so ritardato...
In any other campaign Command says RTB shortly after the mission objectives have been achieved/failed.
is-destroyed-delay <wing> becomes true when all crafts in all wings have been destroyed.
