Edit posts, don't double post

And FYI - IG3 is a strategy game, not a space combat game (it's strategy in space. Homeworld like).

Unless I mis-understood what you were trying to say

Is the IG series good?  I think 1 (and maybe 2) are out on Budget now.

I have IG 2 and it is a pretty good game. The battles are pretty awesome in this game. They are in full 3d tactical view.

Oh right, fair enough....

I have to say - I enjoyed IG2 but I couldn't get my head around multi-tasking all the different bits and pieces, so maybe IG3 will make this easier for puny people like me

Damn...doesn't work.

Looks nice, tho.  Not sure if RTs is my thing, though.

Hi all,

First post n'all, but I thought I should warn you that altho' it seems like a great game, so did IG2.  Good game, but a TON of bugs.  Also patch that was supposed to have been released, no one has seen hide nor hair of it.  The game died after no response from the producer/developer was received.  Quick death too!  Just thought you should know.

The game does look good tho.  I may wait until a few months and everyone is happy, then buy the game cheap from ebay or something.  I dont owe the developer anything after IG2!

Welcome to the HLPBB

I know what you mean about dodgy patch suppotr for games with lots of bugs - but perhaps they'll do better this time and release good additional support, it'd be a shame to see a game as good looking as this go down the pan due to dodgy support.
