I've done a shivan one, so here is a terran.  
And here is an alternate view.

The planet is Earth (came with MAX). The glow on the fighters (Perseus) is improvised and not really very good, but it'll do for now.

Now for Vasudans...and then some violence in the renders.

Man, that Earth rules... I would give a lot for a big render of just the Earth on its own... an orbital sunrise, maybe

Sunrise... like Venom's or sun comig up over horizon-style? And what resolution?
