I bought my self a car yesterday and I can say i am really satsified with the purchase. Its an Audi A4 2000 modell, one owner and it has only been driven 80 000 km

Nah its regular leadfree 95. The tax for diesel cars here in sweden is skyhigh.

yeah i got a good deal from the cardealer. I also got a brand new CD player, 4 new tires and some other stuff. And i also got thee months paid insurance . The price for the inscurance varys from company to company but i guess it will cost med about 350-450 euros per year for full coverage

My mate steve bought a Fort GT V8 becuase he's stupid and young, The (22) insurance is more than i care to mention. But he's one of these posh toffs whos dad owns an estate, fre job position etc. But he's a good bloke. (thick but good)

That's a nice find mate, good car and stupidly cheap considering.

It can't really get past 95mph but the fuel economy isn't bad and she has bit of pace when needed. Not exactly an Audi but considering it's my first, I'm not complaining.

Assuming I ever learn to drive, and assuming I ever pass the test, I suspect I'll end up driving something like a box on four wheels with the cheapest diesel engine I can get.

I just can't be arsed spending money on what is, basically, a means of moving stuff from A to B, especially with the costs of fuel these days. That said, I can understand why other people would spend money on it; I'm overdrawn after three years of chasing the Holy Grail of a Cutting-Edge Computer.

Ahh very nice purchase.  I've been eyeing cars for a while now.  I've held off for quite a while and of my friends already have their own car so I figure its time for me to do it.  I've gone whole hog and researched the whole thing.  I think cars are neat things...I find them a little more interesting than just the A-B thing but rather the experience of driving. I want to make sure I have an affordable, useful, fuel efficient, environmentally friendly (as much as possible at the present time) vehicle that still is worth driving and is safe.  Its quite doable...there's quite a few new cars on the market that fit my criteria.

Right on with the Audi purchase.  Its used but it sounds like it has decent amount of mileage on it.  The A4 is supposed to be a pretty good product overall and any of the bugs have likely been worked out. Seems like a good purchase.  Well done!

choosing the right car is hard, especially when buying a used one. the one that i bought fulfilled all the criterias that i wanted. advise to you ice is that you stick to two modells and compare them. if you look at too many other modells you will just have a hard time descide.

Not to worry...its probably going to be a 07 Mazda 3...but I'm going to look at the 07 VW Rabbit (Golf in the US and formerly in Canada) and the 07 Dodge Calibre.  The Mazda basically has me sold but I want to be sure and I want to do a bit of test driving to see where the other cars are at.  Just incase I find something I like better.

On paper...I'm ready
