Maybe someone could make a terran cockpit view for a render, like a real view of the pilot and not just the hud or something, you could use DNet or soemthing

Wow, that looks great! But look at the FS2 screen; you must be seeing a really small portion of the entire view from the cockpit in the game...

Well, it's the same deal with RL HUDs. That's about how big they are.

Well, they use two hands to grab the sides of the HUD glass and paste their faces really close to the HUD glass. That's how Alpha 1 flies and sees.

That must be sort of uncomfortable; I mean, being in a leaning-forward position for a long time must hurt the pilots' backs. No wonder they decided that a medical ship was necessary in FS2...

I have a kind of FS2 cockpit, but it has no dashboard, and the quality is nowhere near as good as this tie fighter cockpit. All is in the play on lights, in fact.
