Does anyone have a ship (preferably Terran) that is between 4K and 5K long? I need it to get the proportions right on the Aquila, but theres no ship to hand that fits the size requirement. Any help would be great (and if you didn't want to release the model I can keep it as secret as you like, I just need it for it's size).

Ok, thanks for the ideas guys - I *could* convert an Orion but really can't be bothered to - it'd be much easier if someone could provide me with one (but I can find another way to do this if I have to...).

Just got it - if it's what I think it is, you'll get a mention in the Aquilas credits  

Edit: Got it, love the textures - but how is this any different from a standard Orion? (I'm viewing it in 3DE)...

Are you still doing internal hangers? Im just hooked on the idea of them. Im sick of starting in space, i want to be able to here alarms and scamble off the flightdeck.

If you mean internal as in you can start inside the ship and fly out of the hanger (like an Orions but bigger) I should be aiming for that...

Internal as a small box, with a tunnel attached to it that you can fly down and possible you start docked to the ship.

Cant you just plonk a box inside the ship and use the cut away option? Then make the tunnel the same way.

Well if it's to much of a problem I won't worry about it - I'd like a tunnel of sorts but this is mean't to be a good all round ship, not just a nice one to take off from

It isn't different from a standard Orion, except it is mirrored and you need to choose 'invert face orientation' in 3de.
