Well you could always legally change your name to Christ and then people would know it's your birthday.

Just like you can personalise your copy of FreeSpace 2 by changing your name to "Pilot."

Edit: As a pretty strong ateist I still think Christmas is important, not for the religious aspect but purely for the fact that we need an international holiday some time and now seems as good a time as any

Well you can't say for certain, just because you've never seen it doesn't mean it can't happen. To assume so would be very small minded
