The Official 2006 "What did you get?" Thread
So, what'd you get for Christmas/Wintertime Celebration?

Myself, I got portable iPod speakers, a dozen or so country CDs (and a poster of Carrie Underwood to ogle along with), some cowboy boots and hat, and some underwear.

So, anyone else?

This year, both Groundhog Day and the State of the Union Address occurred during the same week.  This is an ironic juxtaposition of events--one involves a meaningless ritual in which we look to a creature of little intelligence for prognostication, while the other involves a groundhog.

a Lego model of Darth Vader's TIE Advanced.

Can you tell me what colors this uses? I was thinking of getting it as a parts pack (irrespective of christmas or whatever) but I can't tell from the pictures whether it uses white or one of the several shades of light gray they have these days.

Well I got a Wii, which I'm using to post right now. Good going Nintendo gotta love how easy it is to type using the Wiimote *fanboy senses tingle*

Edit: I also got a couple of controllers, Red Steel(really not that bad), Twilight Princess, and a two gigabyte sd card (on it's wayne) for storing stuff on my new found precious, though I could never leave Freespace behind... Sorry about this but the Wii totally owns... I'll go to the Wii topic now  :P

True, but doesn't disregarding the post somehow constitute us disregarding the information as well, therefore assuming some level of it being bullshot?
