My girlfriend has the Sannheiser if I remember correctly. She has taken good care of them and hasn't had any trouble. They feel very comfortable (can be worn for long periods without headaches, etc), block out noise, sound great, and are decently priced. As long as you aren't too rough with them.
I think the issue with those actually depends on the size of your head.

If you have a big head, the headband cracks after a few months, but smaller heads have no problems. I'm just going by what I have heard though.
As you can see I'm really leaning torwards the Sennheisers...
Does anyone know anything about the quality of wireless headphones? I think it'd be convenient to have a pair, but if static interferes with the sound, then that would defeat the purpose of getting new headphones.
I wouldn't recommend those. Every wireless headphone I have tried has a slight hiss in the background when no sound is being played. You will also have to pay about triple the price to get the same sound quality as a wired one.
The HD280 would certainly be a good choice. It's slightly lacking in bass but sounds great with music, apparently on par with many models that cost twice as much, and also has exceptional isolation.
