Ts5.  1 ship (with some luminous maps which sort of worked), 1 light, and some text off the internet in PSP

Oh, wow.   Those are really nice. How long are they taking you? They look stunning, the atmosphere is immersive... great work, man.

1st one... about 5 minutes (just rotating guns)

2nd.. about an hour placing and moving the debris.

I figured as much. Sometimes cool effects like that take a long time to create effectively. I've been known to take hours to do my renders... though hopefully you'll all see the fruits of that labour soon enough.

oooh, do one for the Charge Of The Light Brigade.

Cannons to the left of them,
Cannons to the right of them
Cannons to the front,
Fired at with shot and shell,
Volley and thundered,
Boldly the six hundred rode,
Into the very jaws of hell.

Or this - I forget the writer and I'm not sure the line is right, but...

"Of all the saddest words I've seen, there are none sadder than "it might have been"".

I'm thinking Sol type references here

Yeah, an0n, see if you can post the whole poem of "The Charge of the Light Brigade." I'd like to read the whole thing of that.

I'd post "Rage against the Dying of the Light" by Dylan Thomas (it's a classic   ), but everyone here probably already knows it and it's not really a "military" poem.
