I've only played FS2 (I know, I know  ) but #5 & #10 are...
The Psamtik arrived 9000 meters from Knossos #2 and
I think the Parapet sent you Zeta wing (yea right, I don't even know if I'm thinking of the right mission).
But I'm sure about the Psamtik

Okay since my questions seem to be stumping you (or you're just not caring), here are the answers:

1) GTD Amadeus (lost from the 3rd Fleet in the Vega system)
2) GTC Van Buren (The console on the Riviera says so. Even though it says GTT, it is quite clearly a cruiser icon.)

4) Some Vasudan Anubis pilots went kamikaze. Luckily some of the Goliath's crew got out in escape pods.
