Ok , so , does anyone remember Hidden Terror ? I was looking for it for a long time , and KINDA found some release , which link is broken . I would like to get it , but can't find a working link for the bet/demo/whatever release .

Even if noone has a lnk for that thing , can someone tell me if there are ANY mods where you are a shivan ( released hopefully ) ? You know , like Hidden Terror . If anyone knows some , please tell me , because I'd like to play a mod/campagn as a shivan . I mean - there are only campaigns of Terrans , Vasudans or the NTF . But no Shivans ...

BlackHole also released the Shivan Datafiles, modified files which render Shivan ships flyable and other things. Like Snail said, he made them for use with his campagin.

IIRC the Shivan Datafiles were released also here.

Yeah , I know . I asked him for help on this topic , and he gave me a wokring link to the files . Now I started making my own shivan campaign . One mission is 75% done ( it's actually my first real attempt at making a mission too ) .

However , don't think it's over here - I'd still like to get some info if there are any shivan campaigns that aren't dead .

i never heard of a shivan campaign before, i already made the modifications myself, i have already done one mission with someone i race against in a previous racing f1 league, that was before i retired for good.

This guy is just churning out so many ideas, it's also a heck of more easier on me, i have to get this Shivan Plague campaign complete by sometime next year.

In INFR1 there is a Terran fighter-carrying corvette, used by SOC. Sorry but I don't remember its name now...

As much as I know , there are carrier ships . Like the Independence . I don't know about other - Inferno R1 crashes at the mission where you encounter Shivans again ( exactly when the Shivan ship comes in and fires at the EA installation ) .

Say, what kind of mod would it take to make, say, the Dragon truly fully flyable?  I.E what would we have to do to use the vertical and lateral thrusters the way the AI does it?

I remember being able to use the lateral thrusters in FS1 when I modded the dragon's tables. I forget exactly how they worked though.

True, but it fits with Inferno's fleet and not mine. This is problematic. Axem was working on something that looked suitable, actually.
