Is it possible to change the subspace hole? I want the blue part to change  to black if possible, so perhaps I can add this in my Campgaign.

subspace is saved as two .pof files (I belive they are called "subspace_small" and "subspace_large")
ModelView could be suficent to replace the textures

But you will have to create a separate texture. You can simply add a sun bitmap...

You mean like this...?

And no, I still have no idea why that happened. I've been trying to fix it... :blah:

That's a bug, Dark Hunter. ;)

I think adding a sun is ok. Try it :)

Tried that. Didn't work. You get the same result.

It doesn't work if you want to fix that bug, ok, but it should work very well if you don't have blackholes.

can't you just use a sky box?
forgive the newbie!

I meant that the suns disappear behind those black holes. I heard it was a missing texture or something... AH! Maybe I deleted it by accident when I was cleaning out old files. I had a custom subspace texture that I moved/got rid of/did something with... maybe I deleted it by mistake. Anyone know the name of that texture (not the custom one, obviously, but the one I accidentally deleted)?

he could but he would loose a lot of quality of the original effect because he would have to reduce it from two to one model....

animated skybox effects are possible (see both hyperspace effects of TBP1) but those which use more than one model are breaking the engine in most chases (If I got that right)
