It looks kinda lo-res, especially on youtube, but I think the uncompressed .avi version is hi-rez enough to where I can get the proportions and the shape of the head just right. Now if I could only find the uncompressed .avi somewhere. *hint*

Anyways. Yes, the references helped me out a ton. In light of my new model I think my previous one is crap. It had good topology but now it doesn't look right.

I think I might have to work on those flaps and that odd skin thing behind them, but I feel comfortable with it now. Thanks for the references!

So any constructive criticism? I know I have to add stuff like the more complexe lobe... things... and an upper lip, but any thoughts beyond that?

The top most pointy lobes are a boit angular at the top, they need MINOR smoothing at the edges in my humble non-zod friendly opinion....
