you can make it almost perfect if you fix these:

eyes are too big
head is too skinny
lips are too thick
hair line too high

This is with some postwork to get a sort of painted/surreal look, plus to make him look scary  

Edit: Also you can notice I didn't give the eyes a bumpmap, this mixed with the softening and shadow effects helps make it look more fake like I wanted it to.
