well like most shivan ships it has a forward facing attack design, so you can just jump in behind it and pound it from there for minimal casualties.

I'm actually surprised they didn't try that on the Sathanas when the colossus attacked it...
Fun while it lasted.

Then bitter.

Lollerskates no.

If you d/l Inferno, there is a picture of the Gargant wiping out nearly every Superdestroyer in the game using nothing but its aft weapons.

It also has a rapeload of hitpoints (the Icanus main beam does less than 0.5% damage to its TURRETS).

I can't be bothered. I you want to see it so much go look for it yourself. It's in the INF_Main.vp

Alright, now thats overkill. There is simply no way to beat that thing, without using some incredibly good gorilla tactics or some kind of unusual strategy that involves something bigger...i dunno, like "locking it in formulhuat or something" like the Capella incident kind of thing. It seems impossible to make something that big in such a short amount of time (even if they've been building it since the great war) even by the shivans' standards.

Oh, and i would post the screenie, were it not for the fact that it's a PCX graphic, that i can't upload....

Yep, gorilla tactics can get you out of many hairy situations. If in doubt, throw feces.

Yeah I think Meson technology would be able to destroy the Gargant, Woo just doesn't want to admit it.

seems likely enough, but they needed 2 of them to destroy a knossos, witch itself has the same amount of HP as a sath, if you tested it (like i did :P)...

Why don't they use alpha 1's secret weapon? ~k!!!! Then again, i tried that on a gigas, and i found that it only does 1% damege to it...how much damege does ~k do against a gargant???  :nervous:

Boarding parties, FTW!!!

Actually no. If they couldn't have even gotten through a Cain's hull, then they probably can't get through this hull. :p

Not a lot. Use ~+Shift+Alt+K, it does 10% damage to the target no matter what HP it has.

No, it does around 100,000 damage.

it does exactly 100,000 damage :D; You try it on the bigC, which has 1,000,000 HP and it will whack it down by 10%.

Sweet.

That means the Gigas has 10,000,000 HP...

Takashi can kill it with his telekinesis, the same telekinesis that toke down HLP and gw.

EDIT: that's also the same telekinesis that he used to make fs1 tables...
