What OS are you going to be using on that thing?  'Cause if it's Windows XP, then you should note that the BIOS I mentioned before has a fix for some problem with a NIC wireless card not working right.

But I suppose that is only a problem with the model of laptop that shipped with XP.. IDK.. anyways, I'll make that BIOS disk for you, in a few minutes here.  EDIT: done, check other thread for link.

i dont see no point in using xp on the laptop, its too slow. 98 on the other hand runs like a charm. i was planning to use linux but i think 98 will do just fine.
