like two and a half weeks ago i ordered some ch gear to replace my aging x52. complete setup with fighterstick, pro throttle, and pro pedals. well they didnt ship my rudder pedals as they were out of stock. they said they would refund my money and shipping for the pedals and it would take 3-5 days (forever considering they can take my money in a couple hours).

two weeks and a dozen followups later...        no refund 

so i sent the bbb after em. muhahaha.

the moral of this story, buyer beware.

the crappy thing is ive probibly handed them over a couple grand over the duration of the summer. and me being alaskan they already jack me on the shipping big time. i would not have used them if they didnt have a good rep. ****ers!

Yeah i'm in alaska, and i bought from newegg all last summer. All my **** came of course. But, being in alaska you don't get road shipping, you only get 2nd day air which can be 30$at most sometimes.

*shrugs*  I've never had a problem w/ Newegg, they've always been prompt... you'd think a manager or something would get ahold of you to settle out the screwyness, though... at least, if they want to keep you as a customer.

the post office will ship most small computer parts here for about 8 bucks. but because theese companys usually have exclusive contracts with a shipping company. dispite the fact the post office has free pickup and even supplys the box frree of charge. they thrash stuff more, but if the company knows how to package the item properly, then there should be no problem.

their system works and it works well when theres not a problem. in business theres bound to be problems all the time and its up to them to deal with them. but when there is it seems that they dont know what to do. they admit they owe me money, they say they would put a refund through, but they havent. this makes me question wether or not i want to do buisness with them anymore.

Well, if you can manage to find someone competent in a high enough postition, you don't want to be pesky... they will take care of you, but maybe not as much as they would have if they realized they just screwed a good customer.  If you are acting like their worst nightmare, maybe they will just give you your refund & hope never to see your face again.  If you are polite, and you find someone competent, maybe they will try to make up for it.

but gay could be considered acceptable in this situation, because youre essentially geting ****ed up the ass. i directly chose to do business with newegg, but i pretty much get forced to suck down whatever bull**** the shipping company they choose to use has for a company policy. i tend to frown on companies which dont offer postal shipping, which is faster and cheaper (the tradeoff being they beat the crap out of your package). but my beef isnt with the shipping company. fedex does its job ok and they seldom fail to deliver when they say it will get there.

i ordered my os from directron and dispite them calling me several times (and i dispise using the phone), i got my package in 3 days (on a saturday), and it only cost me 10 bucks to ship. so im gonna divert my buisness their way in the future.

It's about that other thread where i was making fun of the rainbow warrior. Anyway i did that once and didn't get a warning then. And this time is so extremely minor idk why it's even worth the stupid random warning affect. I said one thing in the other thread, then i edited my post saying that i was stupid, then some people tried going really far with the retarded joke i made, and people trying to put words in my mouth like kara;)

I haven't done it again, and don't plan on it. This thread is also not a slip up nor anything like the last one. I don't refer to everything i don't like as gay either.
