I just completed Portal...

Excellent. Just excellent.

At first - with only 19 challenges - I thought it was going to be far too short. However imagine my surprise when I discovered the truth. Having sat down around challenge 16 thinking "I'll be done in half an hour" another 2 hours have passed and I've now finished. The voice acting and commentary was very very well done. Part of the story took its pages a little blatantly from the likes of Cube and Resident Evil but never mind, because the usage and implementation of Portals really did bring a new and interesting perspective on getting from A to B. Where I started the game I was running down corridors - by the end I was using portals to skip the long distances and just jump from point to point.

Great stuff. Hopefully it'll see lots of user expanded content. Now on to Episode 2!

i'm on ch.11 of portal (looks like a tough one).

took me 20 minutes to get through the first 10, but i can tell they're definately getting harder.  some of them were total no brainers, but some had me thinking/experimenting for a couple of minutes :-/
