The Babylon Project v3.4 to v3.4a Patch now available!

The Babylon Project v3.4 to v3.4a Patch.

You can now buy your Spoo Ranch shares in peace :D

This patch can be use to update The Babylon Project to version 3.4a  if you used  the Official TBP v3.4 Installer,  the Alternative TBP v3.4 Installer or the manual TBP v3.4 zip file version.

This patch is NOT Compatible with any TBP version prior to v3.4!

TBP 3.4a Changes:
- EA Maintance Bot now has 2 primary and 2 secondary slots (added for bugfixing)
- ships.tbl updated to include those changes
- "Welding Beam" has been added to weapons.tbl (weapon for the EA Maintance Bot)
- "p_Gas10" has been added to stars.tbl

Changes to RW:
- various bugs have been fixed; ranging from misplaced voice acting to wrong departure cues

I'm compiling a new v3.4a complete installer and a seperate Campaign Pack too.

But I'll need to find more "durable" location to host them as filefront is going goofy on me :(

thx to the bugfix-team once again

and additional thanks for p_gas10, I was running out of gas giants in the upcoming WIP campaign.
Devoted member of the Official Karajorma Fan Club (Founded and Led by Mobius).

Does crazy Software Engineering for a living, until he finally musters the courage to start building games for real. Might never happen.

3.4b issues :

Apply OMEGA glowpoints ( they are nice, arent they ? ) to NOVA ( except rotating section of course ) and Omega-X !
Especially apply hangar exit glowpoints to all major EA capital ships.

Other vessels in general also have too few ( blinking ) lights.
Are the other firstones included in 3.4 ? Didnt check shiplist in Fred yet....

Well, these missing glowpoints annoy me.... have to make my own little patch then.
Wasnt there a tool from kazan, a pof constructor suite or something ?

Yeah, check Hades Combine... I know there is a tool, because I downloaded it.  (Not that I have a clue how to use it, but if it's useful, then sometimes its good to have backups in case someone needs it and it disappears.)

Alternate hip63 3.4 Installer mirror (includes the 3.4a patch): here.  (Never mind the odd title, there's a reason for that.  Extract using 7-Zip and enjoy!  ;)
