Its definitely a classic but there's so many good ones that I'd say its really hard to pick the best one.  Some of the skits are on their own only just a bit funny but within the context of a whole episode they are outrageously funny so its really hard to say.

In my opinion, their best sketch was "The Funniest Joke in the World". I love that one.
